Game Designer



The game designer is responsible for the idea and mechanics of a game. They create the rules, objectives, and progression that define the player’s experience. To achieve this, they develop detailed design documents describing all aspects of the game, from levels to gameplay. The designer collaborates closely with artists, programmers, scriptwriters, and testers to transform the idea into a finished and engaging product. The game designer often works under the supervision of a creative director and reports to a producer, who oversees project goals, deadlines, and budgets.

Interface/UX Designer



The interface/UX designer specializes in creating functional and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for applications and websites. They conduct user research to understand customer needs, then develop wireframes and prototypes to test and refine the experience. This role requires collaboration with developers, graphic designers, and product teams. The UX designer typically reports to a product manager or UX director, who ensures that UX choices align with the company's product strategy.

Community Manager



The community manager is responsible for managing and engaging a brand’s community, often on social media and discussion platforms. They respond to inquiries, moderate interactions, and create content to engage users. This role also involves gathering feedback to help improve products. They work closely with marketing and customer service teams to ensure messaging is consistent and aligned with business objectives. The community manager is usually supervised by the marketing or public relations manager, who oversees the strategic direction of community engagement efforts.
